For You - Shopping should be fun! Take a look at our online shop & example arrangements to choose the perfect blooms for your big day.  Simply place your order with your desired quantities for each piece. We’ll need at least 30 days to get you on the design calendar and order your stems so submit your order ASAP. If your event date is approaching more rapidly and you'd like to see if we can accommodate please reach out directly before placing your order.

For Us - Picked collections are still designed in house by the Petal and Pine team you know and love. If you love our signature natural style and farm fresh blooms you’re going to be thrilled with your arrangements. However this is not our full service custom design process - so we cannot accommodate any special requests or include any onsite elements such as arbors or floral installations. If you’d prefer more design  & color control and stress free day of setup, full service florals will likely be a better fit.


Curated collections combined with flower flexibility streamline our workflow and allow us to use the most suitable seasonal product available.  When you choose a collection you’re trusting us to create our gorgeous Petal and Pine designs within the color palette described in the collection listing. However we will not be replicating the exact example design. You can expect comparable scale and style but specific bloom and vase type will be PICKED by us. This flexible streamlined process for us is what makes it more affordable for you.


We will package your order for convenient pickup at our Owensboro studio close to your event date. That typically means Friday afternoon from 2-5pm or Saturday 8-10am, but if your event is an unconventional day we’re happy to accommodate. SUVs or minivans are your best bet for transport. Once you're order has been placed we'll be in touch with studio directions and an instruction sheet with simple steps to care for your blooms post pickup.
